The Process – What you get

Initial contact – it’s important to determine if we will work together well – after initial contact I will call to discuss what service I can provide you and if appropriate to meet.

A terms of trade will be provided after the initial meeting to ensure you are clear around process and what you will be receiving.

Depending on what service you require:

sm-tickCareer coaching, development planning 3 hours

sm-tickTaking a break or return to work guidance 1-2 hours

Depending on what service you are after, I may require you to complete some questionnaires to help determine your motivators, strengths etc.

Face-to-face meetings are my preferred means of career coaching but that is not always possible due to location so phone, email and Skype are all options. No single career coaching session will go longer than 1.5 hours.

Follow up

To ensure your success and to keep you on track I will follow up on progress at 6 weeks as part of the initial coaching process and cost.

Further follow-up support is available on an ongoing basis at an agreed frequency this will be charged on a time basis.

Cost

Charges $100 + GST an hour charged in 15 minute amounts

Referrals

If they result in a paying client you will receive a further half hour follow up session free.
